A medical shipment to Mali.
The Zakat Foundation continues to provide medical aid to Mali and recently corresponded with a new shipment of medical supplies. The distribution of the medical shipment was attended by Malian government officials, the media and beneficiaries. Professor Ibrahima Samba Sow, Minister of Health and Hygiene of Mali, said: “I am very impressed with the modesty and simplicity with which this donation was made and this indicates the true spirit of Zakat.” The trucks contain vital medical equipment that will improve health care services for beneficiaries of Zakat programs
