On April 16, 2016, Zakat Foundation of America held the "Painting with a Purpose" event in which community members were invited to come paint a masterpiece with their loved ones, while giving back to humanity.
A professional artist led the evening and guided the participants in creating a beautiful painting. All proceeds went towards providing education for refugees.
