World Children's Day
2025
For Every Child, Every Right
World Children’s Day, born from the United Nations’ 1954 call for universal child rights, reminds us that every child’s voice and future are sacred. As global challenges threaten these rights, Zakat Foundation of America’s Orphan Care program stands as hope, protecting, educating, and empowering orphans. By uplifting the world’s most vulnerable, we honor the UN’s vision and help build a just, compassionate future for every child.
When Hope Has a Number, Every Child Counts
Hope Has a Number is Zakat Foundation of America’s heartfelt call to action to sponsor 10,000 orphans by the end of 2025. With 7,500 sponsored, help close the gap and provide children with:
Safe shelter
Nutritious food
Essential clothing
Educational opportunities
