How We’re Feeding Gaza’s Displaced and Suffering

It takes a lot to truly alleviate suffering — to restore and repair what has been broken.

Alleviating that suffering starts with small steps. But even the smallest of steps toward progress are critical. They bring hope. And that’s exactly what Zakat Foundation of America seeks to bring to Gaza.

Zakat Foundation of America is among the few humanitarian aid organizations providing relief in Gaza. Its team is on the ground distributing hot meals and water to the people of Gaza. Daily distributions take place from noon to 1 p.m. at six United Nations schools across the Gaza Strip.

With the people of Gaza starved deprived of drinkable water, these key immediate relief efforts allow them to keep moving forward. Even if their progress is in small steps.

Send help to the Holy Land

At the time of writing, one month into this crisis, more than 9,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza and more than 130 in the West Bank.

Zakat Foundation of America urges anyone to join a global caravan sending hope — via food and clean water — to Gaza. Their lives are at risk with every passing moment.

$5 provides water and a hot meal to a victim in Gaza. Help Zakat Foundation of America reach its goal of providing 1 million meals for Gaza.

Only when these entrapped people’s basic needs are met and their safety is granted can they truly move forward.

Our 100% Pledge

Zakat Foundation of America does not take any cost out of emergency funding. 100% of funds donated to emergency relief campaigns will go directly to aid and assist victims in Gaza; we do not take any administrative fees from emergency relief programs.
