We have created landmark relief, resettlement, care, education, and life-rebuilding aid programs and facilities for thousands of Syrians, Afghanis, Rohingya, Palestinians, Venezuelans, Somalis, and people across central Africa fleeing conflict. We rebuild destroyed homes in Gaza; sponsor 8 schools inside Syria for thousands of displaced children; built anew and run the innovative Muhammad Ali Safe House complex in Turkey, providing apartments to widowed Syrian refugee women with children, financial stipends, transportation, and education for orphans, as well as vocational training and entrepreneur start-up assistance for their mothers.
Our Zahraa University in Gaziantep, Turkey — a world first with all professors and students Syrian refugees — relaunches disrupted lives as an accredited higher education institution. We founded and staff the Sigharuna–Kibaruna Free Clinic for the advanced care of Syrian refugee children suffering brain and sensory trauma from war. We established and sponsor the acclaimed Rohingya Culture Center in Chicago for America’s largest Rohingya refugee community. Muslims make up at least 2/3’s of the world’s 25.9 million refugees and nearly half its 41.3 million internally displaced persons, but our refugee support reaches forced migrants whatever their creed and origin, including in North, Central, and South America.
Heal, house, and educate refugees.
