Osama Abu Kwaik

Osama Abu Kwaik serves as the Country Director of the Jordan Office for Zakat Foundation of America. A seasoned development professional, he brings more than 13 years of experience in organizational management and social work, with a strong focus on advancing sustainable community development initiatives. 

Mr. Abu Kwaik has dedicated five years of his career to the education sector within nonprofit organizations, working to expand access to quality education for vulnerable and underserved communities. His efforts have centered on strengthening institutional capacity, improving program delivery, and ensuring equitable learning opportunities for those most in need. 

In his current role, he leads the Zakat Foundation of America’s operations across Jordan, overseeing humanitarian and development programs while advancing strategic partnerships that enhance impact and sustainability. His leadership is guided by a commitment to empowerment, opportunity creation, and long-term social development. 

Mr. Abu Kwaik holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and has completed specialized training in both for-profit and nonprofit marketing, equipping him with a strategic and results-oriented approach to organizational growth and mission-driven service.
