New U.S. Programs Donations Section Feature - Zakat Foundation of America has added a section on its donation page specifically to benefit programs in the United States. These include:
Two Zakat Foundation Projects:
Khalil Center: A social and spiritual community wellness center designed to address the widespread prevalence of social, psychological, familial, relational and spiritual issues of communities based on Islamic principles.
Rohingya Culture Center: The RCC serves the educational, cultural and social needs of the newly resettled Rohingya refugees in Chicago.
Education: This section goes toward backpack distribution and other education-related programs Zakat Foundation of America implements.
