Muslims remain the bearers of guidance in the world, It keeps our religion supple in our hearts and our practice of it dynamic through our lives and the ages. It is as if the Prophet, on him be peace, is still among us, leading the way.

This means we cannot leave the ruling regarding the morality of Muslims providing humanitarian aid to Ukraine through a global Muslim charity (that has painstakingly put a human structure in place that can fulfill this for us with a click of our fingers) to impulse and whim. Rather, we should refer our feelings and biases back to God and His Messenger, on him be peace, for right guidance.

Help for Ukrainian refugees is urgently needed.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 has left civilians fleeing for their lives. These people are leaving the only homes they have ever known, their possessions, and even forced to part with loved ones. As a result, nearly 3 million Ukrainians have now become refugees more in need of humanitarian support than ever before.

These newly displaced Ukrainian refugees at the Maldovan border need help to relocate to safer areas and be given essentials to survive, such as temporary shelter, food, and hygiene supplies. We are on-the-ground helping the most innocent victims, mostly of whom are women and children.
