Thanks to your generosity, this year's #GivingTuesday campaign, Warm a Heart with a Warm Coat, was an overwhelming success. The original goal for #GivingTuesday was to raise enough money for 400 winter kits including coats, hats, mittens and other winter essentials. But thanks to your generosity and the work of numerous dedicated volunteers, we raised enough for more than 650 winter kits!
Everyone at Zakat Foundation of America headquarters, community centers and field offices, and all whose hearts are warmed by your charity thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
And if you missed your chance on #GivingTuesday, you need not worry. Zakat Foundation of America winter relief will continue through the cold season. It is never too late to warm the heart of someone in need.
