Service in this camp seems very, very good and transparent in terms of receiving people and number of caterers and volunteers. Volunteers are trained well in treatment and management of temporary refugees.
The camp renders a high quality of determination, accommodation and food services and above all the high spirit they continuously offer to those in need. Also they provide Health safety and security, polite management and serious administration.
We have been surprised by this type of humanitarian activity. Through our deep experience we found the team to be amazing with sound generosity from the entire workers. After being pushed in circumstances of war in Libya we came to Tunisia so intimidated. Within 12 hours we were in Ras Jdir in a different spot in this camp where our children became safe and happy for all the above reasons. We were embraced and really comfortable.
