The Gaza crisis that began July 8 continues. Through the generosity of donors, Zakat Foundation of America has delivered essential medicines, food, hygiene kits and weatherproofing supplies to people in hospitals, shelters and damaged homes. The health system is overwhelmed by more than 10,000 wounded in need of essential antibiotics and other medicines. Food, water, bedding, nylon sheeting and other supplies bring a modicum of comfort to those whose homes have been damaged or destroyed. Zakat Foundation of America will continue to deliver needed medicines, food and non-food aid for as long as the people of Gaza need them.
