Zakat Foundation began performing Udhiya/Qurbani in 2002. Over the course of the 2002-2005 Udhiya/Qurbani season, donors and supporters of Zakat Foundation were able to provide fresh meat to hundreds of thousands of hungry and needy families in 35 countries. In addition, thousands of orphans and disadvantaged children were delighted to receive Eid gifts during Eid ul-Adha
