One Year, 100 Wells
Do you believe that everyone deserves access to the basic human need of clean, safe water?
Do you believe a child in Ghana should spend her day in school instead of fetching dirty, diseased water from a pit?
Do you believe you can make a difference?
Nearly 1 billion people do not have access to clean, safe drinking water. We are changing that, one community at a time. And we need your help.
The One Year, 100 Wells campaign is a plan to build 100 wells in various African countries in need of clean water. Among the countries we will be working in are Ghana, Somalia, Kenya, Uganda, the Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso.
The communities will play a role in building the wells to give residents a chance to contribute to this local project. We want them to feel like they played a vital role in bringing such a simple yet crucial blessing into their community; water.
A donation of:
$2,500 will build one well that provides safe, clean water to local residents
$1,250 will build a well with 1 other donor
$500 will build a well with 4 other donors
$100 will build a well with 24 other donors
